Sweet Potato Casserole
Ingredients:
1 6/10 can of sweet potato in heavy syrup
3 Eggs
1 Tablespoon vanilla
1 Can sweet condensed milk
1 Stick salted butter
1 Cup marshmallows to mix
Marshmallows for topping
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a large bowl mix sweet potatoes and eggs, mash potatoes and eggs together until creamy, add vanilla, condensed milk, 1 stick melted butter, mix thoroughly, add 1 cup marshmallows, mix well, pour mixture into a buttered baking pan, bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour until it starts to separate from edges of pan, remove from oven and top with marshmallows, bake 5 more minutes until top is browned.
